Having issues setting up Lincoln Financial Annuity account on Quicken (Windows)

Opening a closed discussion:
I contacted Lincoln Financial today seeking a DirectConnect username and password. Even after asking for supervisor or tier 2 tech I was told that Lincoln Financial Group does not support Quicken.
