Did the recent update fix the problem with report column width and memo field filtering?

Did the recent update fix the problem with report column width and memo field filtering? I saw the following two lines in the notice of changes in one says they modernize the reports customization and the other said they corrected the filtering on the memo field. Can anyone confirm that those are fixed before I download this particular update? I'm still operating on R51.12

What's Fixed

• Fixed an issue where the Transaction Report did not correctly filter based on the Memo field.

The memo filtering issue is fixed in the latest QW version: R53.16. Working again for me.
