Why is updating taking more than 15 mins?

updating accounts and transactions are taking so long. I see others hav brought this up too.
What are we supposed to do?

    Does it complete? I'm running into OSU just hanging and I wasn't sure if it will eventually complete or not.

    sed9999 just asked another question to my question. There was no answer. I’ll just call quicken support in the am.

    Quicken Support can definitely help you. To start troubleshooting the issue(s), what I'd try first is to Reset the accounts that are stalling. If that doesn't resolve the issue(s), then try deactivating and re-activating the accounts that are balky.

    It’s all of the accounts. I don’t want to reset them.
