Tax Planner problem

When I work on tax planner it changes amounts and I get this message. I cannot find the MSI file.

This is what happens when I go into Tax Planner - .... it wants to "install" something

Something in Windows or perhaps your Antivirus software may have corrupted your Quicken software.

Even if you are on the latest software level already, download and install the latest Manual Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure
your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.
