Quicken will not Sync - Error every single time!

I am getting sick of Quicken not syncing. I get a message every time saying to check my internet connection. There is nothing wrong with it - I am connected!! I had the syncing off for quite a while since it would never work. I just turned it back on tonight & I am getting the same message yet again! "Quicken online service is unavailable right now. Please try in 10 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What is going on Quicken?? I have to pay the yearly fee but having these issues constantly - it never syncs!!🤬

I've been having this happen for over a year now. I just found my last message & was told to reset my icloud data. It won't even let me do that! I get the attached error.
