R53.16 - Can't enter paycheck (Quicken hangs)

Question

I usually to enter paychecks using the Edit Current Paycheck and Enter into Register dialog. I am unable to do that after the last update.

On the Bills & Income tab —> Income & Transfers, I click on the Enter button on a paycheck card and the dialog displays (Not Responding) and just hangs.

Exact same problem.  I can no longer enter my paycheck through the Bills & Income tab.  It hangs and freezes every time.  I tried to "edit this and all future instances" and it hangs as well.  I have to force close the program.  A quick fix is greatly appreciated.

This happens when I try to enter a paycheck through the Bills & Income menu. It didn't happen when I tried to enter it from the Bill and Income Reminders tab below the register.

The main file is on a local drive, C:\Users\username\Documents\Finances\Quicken. My back up files are stored on a network share and that location is accessible.
