Quicken Cash Manager 2015 won't open new file

Hi, I use this software for myself, and it works fine. I wanted to create a new file, when I do that, the "Let's Get Started" banner appears for less than a second, then it goes to a blank screen. I also had another file that I had not accessed in a long time, it used to work fine, now when trying to open it, I get the same result as the new file. Going back to opening the file I use every day, and it still works fine….so what is wrong?

Due to security reasons, Quicken has disabled the ability to create new data files in Quicken 2014 - 2017.
