ALL my downloaded credit card payments disappeared

Yesterday I was validating the monthly balances in my credit card files going back to 7/2022. I made no setting changes and yes they were previously downloaded. I Was just scrolling through the file. Suddenly ALL my credit card payments (not individual charges) vanished which means my balance ballooned. What could have happened? And how could I find them. I assume the same transactions disappeared from my bank too. Thanks.

    Please check the filter settings at the top of your credit card account register.
