BUG - Early Access Reports - Investment Report is NOT for the date I selected in Reports & Graphs

Indicate a few different report dates in Sept and Oct '23 in Report & Graph center. But for all cases I get a report dated 11/1/2023. Release R53.16, Build 27.1.53.16
