Capital Gains Estimator Not Working

My previous post from several months ago was closed, but the CG Estimator continues not to work. Proposing sales to offset gains results in no difference in Federal Tax Due (it does provide an estimated update with respect to state tax due). This is the time of year when this becomes really important, with respect to harvesting unrealized losses to offset realized gains.
