US$ in my Canadian account re Scotia bank
I have been using quicken basic/ starter ( now on version R53.26 on windows). for years and encountered this problem in Nov 2022. Looks like not fixed. Had a phone discussion in Apr 2023 with quicken. I am a senior so all the instructions for fix went over my head. The person did it remotely for me - but did not tell me all the stuff I still had to do on my own. Took hours to get straight. This is super annoying. Looked for another company but could not find anything set up like quicken. So I renewed and use disk icon to download from bank. Will not try other way again. I am just hoping I have no problems when Jan comes.

How frequently are transactions posted to the account that exhibits this problem? Is there at least one transaction per month?
