A fix for Account Bar balance not equaling the current balance.

Sometimes an account's cached value for the saving goal contributions gets corrupted. (Maybe because I deleted a saving goal from the Accounts List tool?) This leads to the Account Bar balance not equaling the current balance for that account. Running Validate and Repair will not fix this. My fix was to create a dummy savings goal and add any contribution to that goal from the problem account. That step forced a recomputation of the saving goal cache and fix the problem. I then deleted the savings goal from the Planning/Saving Goal tab.
