Discrepancy in cash balance in investment account register pop up

This issue is only in my main brokerage account register.
There is a huge discrepancy in the cash balance shown in the register of $.45, which is correct, and the one shown when you click on the total and view the pop up. It shows a negative balance of $-5,067.49 in Quicken, despite the correct balance in the register itself and online, which is very strange. How do I fix this?
