Former ADP TotalSource Employee Connecting Voya 401k Account
I am a recently retired employee whose company used ADP Total Source for HR. My 401k was then connected to a Voya account. I had just installed Quicken Classic Premier R53.32 on Windows 10.
First, prior to retirement I needed to create a different pathway (different login) to the Voya account through ADPTotalSource.com since the ADP employee pathway would no longer work. This was accomplished pretty easily with the ADP help.
Second, after trying about a dozen different connector and login name (different @ additions found on the internet) combinations, what worked in my case was:
Quicken Connection = Voya Institutional Plan Services connector
Login Name = my Voya login name with @adp added (loginname@adp)
PW = my Voya password.
The break for me was the @adp name addition and came after my third call to ADP to figure this out, 855-646-7549. I was told there is nothing they could do in the previous two calls. So be persistent. There are a several of these @ name addition suggestions out there. But, I didn't see this one anywhere.
