Portfolio Analysis Links Not Responding

I thought I'd try one of the Quicken Classic features on my PC app- Portfolio Analysis. Opening one of the Security Detail views, I clicked on the "News & Analysis" button, then the "Portfolio Analysis tab.

From the Overview sub-tab I attempted to produce the info under "How is your portfolio really performing?" none of the blue links do anything (1 month 3 months 1 year) Below those, the Performance Analysis (where it says "Transaction dates not provided; gains / losses are estimates only"!) it takes me to a tab with a pull-down to select one of the accounts. The time frame links do not do anything there either. Nor does clicking on the "Show Me How I'm Really Doing".

I did go to the Manage Web Portfolios & Watchlists link to verify that all of my portfolios are synchronized and they are.

Is this feature just completely non-functional and put there to look pretty or am I missing a key step somewhere?
