Quicken Bill Pay and Closed Accounts

I had five Wells Fargo accounts and closed two of them. My monthly Quicken fee was paid from one of the closed accounts. I want to keep using Quicken Bill Pay with my remaining accounts. What do I need to do to ensure that Quicken fees are paid from one of these remaining accounts? Separately, I deactivated online services for the closed accounts, but I did not explicitly first cancel Bill Pay for them. Is deactivating online services for the closed accounts adequate to avoid problems? Thanks!
