Why are my PNC bank accounts taking weeks to update?

My updates are not bringing the information over to quicken. Shows no errors but its 2 weeks behind. Quicken classic business and personal Microsoft

    Can you give us some additional information that will help us to assist you?

    Are you seeing any error codes when you try to update the PNC accounts? Exactly what happens? Which method do you use to connect with PNC - Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, or data download?
