Does Quicken Classic Deluxe Support Options Updates?

I have a simple question. At one time in the not to distant past, when I updated "Quotes" or even "One Step Update, my current option pricing was updating. It no longer updates. I have spent hours trying to understand why and the only theory I have is that Quicken Classic Deluxe no longer provides this service and that I will need to upgrade my Quicken to a Premier Subscription. Can anyone please tell me if Quicken Classic Deluxe Support Options Updates? Thank you.
