Click on Security Name Hyperlink Brings up Wrong Security or Navigation Canceled Page

In an Investing Account Overview window (reached from Account Holdings link), when you click on a Security Name hyperlink, instead of getting security and transaction details you get either a different security or a Navigation Canceled error window. Closing this window and retrying does not work. Clicking on Refresh Page option does not work and brings up new error window (Can't Reach This Page).

Requires a program restart to fix, but will happen again in time.
