Cannot attach pdf documents to transactions

Hello

I am using version R54.16, build 27.1.54.16. I am not sure if this started with the recent upgrade, but over the last week or so I cannot attach PDF documents to transactions. I go through the process, but the document does not load.

Any ideas, or anyone else experiencing this?

    I was having this same issue. Doing an update fixed the isue for me. Hope this helps!
