Quicken created this account. It appears to be empty. If I delete it reappears? Anyone else?

Did you recently perform a Validate & Repair? Those category/account names are usually temporary during the validation process and are supposed to be automatically deleted at the end of that process.
I find it odd that it reappears after being deleted. You may need to try another Validate or Super-validate to expunge it.
It did appear after Validation and Repair, I think. I reran V & D and then deleted it (Q said it was unused. Seem to work.
