Default QDF file not loading - Quicken 2009 (edit)

I I reinstalled Quicken 2009 RPM on a new laptop and Quicken now asks me where to find my QDF file. This message always comes up when Quicken is first installed. After my reinstall I responded with "open a file located on this computer." Going forward Quicken continues to display this question.

I have updated 2009 RPM to Release 7 using Quicken Perl Wiz's "2009 Patch" located on his website.

My laptop has Windows 11 Pro (fully patched) and 16GB Ram.
