portfolio value report shows every option sold that expired at zero

I'm a 30-year user of Quicken. I like using the portfolio value report (under Reports then Investing) to see my holdings of a given security across various accounts. But starting about 6 months ago, what had been a nice clean report now shows a huge number of expired option trades. It makes the report almost impossible to use. I sell a lot of covered calls and cash-secured puts—often those trades expire at zero. All of those trades (the opening trade where I received cash for selling the option, and the closing trade where the option expired at zero) now show up on my "portfolio value" report. I am correctly using the Shtsell function for selling the option short, and Cvrshrt for covering the option at zero. Could this be happening because Quicken leaves the space blank even when I try to enter that I closed the option at zero? Is there some way to fix this? Thanks for the help?

I'm having the same problem, and it seems to have started sometime in December of last year (2023).

That timing sounds about right—I am guessing it's a glitch caused by one of their software updates.
