Online Center reports Unidentified Security, Fidelity Netbenefits, Brokerage Link Account for a Bond Purchase with CUSIP ID of 912828V49. I have manually entered the Bond Purchase using 912828V49 as the Symbol. The "Matched with online security" box on Edit Security Details is Unchecked and Grayed out. I've searched and tried many of the suggestions posted here, but nothing has worked. I have another 14 similar Bond holdings in this same account and they all update except for this one. Please assist.
