Uncategorized expenses in the Spending by Category Report

It seems that when I sell shares in 1 of my 2 money market mutual funds, on the Spending by Category Report they show up as "Uncategorized". Yet there is no way to add a category via editing the transaction(s). How can I fix this? It clutters up the report.
