Fifth Third Bank direct connect Bill Pay for Mac

I have been using Quicken for Windows with Fifth Third Bank Direct Connect Bill pay. I am interested in switching to Mac version however Bank Bill pay for Fifth Third bank on Mac is not supported. I haven't been able to get a clear answer on why. Any ideas?

Because the bank doesn't feel like supporting it. Any bank could use DC with Bill Pay if they wanted to; very few want to, even fewer on the Mac.
