Problem with Shellpoint mortgage set up

Hello,

I'm using Quicken Version 7.6.1 (Build 706.52627.100) for MacOS 14.2.1

My mortgage company isn't in the list to set up automatically so I'm trying to figure out how to do it manually. I can enter the details of my loan, i.e. original balance, current balance, interest rate, term and first payment, but it automatically calculates the principle and interest differently than how it shows on my statement. How can I edit it so that it gives me the same info as I see on the Shellpoint website? Shellpoint is no help at all. When I called them, the agent had never even heard of Quicken.
