Opening last year's archived Quicken file

Earlier this year, I created a year-end quicken file.

I just attempted to open that file for review. I have done so already a couple times. This time it would not open. Advised by Quicken to contact Customer Support.

Is this something 'you' have run into before? Is there a fix? or is this related to some kind of update?

    Got any more details on "would not open"? Any more details, error messages, etc?
    Might MS OneDrive have its fingers in the soup when it shouldn't?
