Problems with Chase and multiple accounts

I've been having connectivity problems for several weeks. I have multiple Chase accounts with three different logins. Two of the accounts with the first login work fine. When I try two add accounts 3,4 with the second login, it does so, but says "accounts 5 and 6" not found. When I try to add accounts 5,6 with the third login, it does, but says "accounts 3 and 4" not found and disables them. This has worked fine for years, until just recently.
