Error installing on macOS 14.2

New installation on a Mac running Sonoma 14.2. Get this error message:

“Quicken Installer” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

This item is on the disk image “Quicken.dmg”. Chrome downloaded this disk image today at 7:30 AM.
