    Are / have you been waiting long enough before you pushed the panic button?

    I just tried pulling up the R 55.15 Release Notes (Help / Release Notes) and it took Quicken, together with a whole bunch of Quicken CEF Subprocess tasks about 30 seconds to finally display the notes.

    Try again and check Windows Task Manager. Do you see these Quicken CEF Subprocess tasks?
    Or could it be possible that your Antivirus blocks them from connecting to the Internet?
