Interactive Brokers (USA) direct connect

I cannot get direct connect to work with one account I have at Interactive Brokers. I enabled the third party service 'Quicken' in my IB account settings and obtained a Query ID and token. I enter that information into Quicken and it gives the following error (see attached screenshot). I have double-checked the Token and Query ID multiple times and they are correct. I even disabled and then re-enabled the service to get a new Token and I still get the same error. I am sure it is enabled on IB because my other downloads (to Tradelog) work.
