Fields are not populating with information. Categories/ Invoice Bill to Addresses

I have been having issues with my Quicken Classic Business and Personal Windows program since January 2024. I use the most current Quicken Release R55.15. I have documented 8 times I have called about my issues. It appears that more and more errors are occurring. The most recent "Categories" not populating is just the newest issue. My Quicken program no longer syncs upon closing. I had to manually change ALL my business accounts to personal otherwise my Quicken Mobile App would not reflect all my synced balances. I no longer do Daily Updates on all my accounts in order to prevent crashes. It still crashes several times per week doing mundane tasks. It stopped populating address information on invoices. (If I attempt to manually type the information, I get an "UPDATE" address. I have been using Quicken since is was DOS so I am familiar with the program. HELP….
