I messed up downloading a Stock Split transaction, how do I fix it?

I messed up downloading a transaction, how do I fix it?

I have GLAD, cusip #376535100. They just had a 1:2 reverse split and the new cusip is 376535878.

Fractional shares were sold.

When the downloaded transaction appeared, it asked if the split GLAD is the same as the old GLAD, I said yes.

So now I have 2 GLAD, 1 old and 1 new.

The old has the wrong share amount + the 1/2 fraction, the new just shows that all the original shares were sold.

How do I fix this and what is the correct way to deal with a split in the future?
