Can't add new account for Alliance Bank - TX

Quicken Classic Deluxe Version R55.26 Build 27.1.55.26

I'm trying to add a new account for "Alliance Bank - TX" After entering my login credentials for the bank, I get "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)

Quicken is having trouble connecting to Alliance Bank - TX. An additional message from Alliance Bank - TX:

ENROLLMENT THROUGH ONLINE BANKING" (see below for screenshot)

I've contacted the bank & they say they're not showing any errors and that I should contact Quicken. Any help?

    you might try connecting with the Express Web Connect protocol vs Direct in case the bank has dropped that support ?
    and double check on the bank website if there is something you have to enable for 3rd party access to your bank accounts.

    Although I had tried this initially, after I set up the account in Quicken manually, I wasn't offered an option. I went back & reset it and it is now working using Express Web Connect. Thank you!!!!
