trying to add additional banking accounts with Chase. I follow step, Chase indicates the accounts are already being shared but they do not appear in account list and are not hidden. What can I do to correct this?
Would you be able to provide a screen shot of the message you are getting when you try to add the accounts?
do these accounts have the same Chase User ID as with any other Chase accounts you have - or are they different - like JT acct or a Biz account ?
