R56.9 Issue since I updated Quicken and new PC last fall : Date Filter+Bill and Reminders

I changed the date in Filters (above the register) from 'Custom Date' to 'This Year' and set 'All Transactions'. I keep 'Bill and Reminders' at the bottom of my register. When I changed the date it moved the next 2 months of 'Bill and Reminders' up into my register. How can I get those 2 months of reminders out of the register and back to 'Bill and Reminders' without having to re-enter them? I have not hit 'Reset' as I'm not sure what it might do.
