i have been in the hosp came home and my quicken is not working have to renew and i was told by your people that if i did not want to i did not have to but the is a lie i need some one from your company to call me [Removed - Personal Info]

This is a community bulletin board and although it is moderated by Quicken your post is not directed to Quicken Support. Click the "Support" heading at the top of the community page, scroll down until you see Quicken Support and you can call or chat with a Quicken support agent.

What version are you using? You can still use it in manually mode only but there will be a banner to renew taking up some of your screen. Unless you have the Starter Edition. Starter goes into read only mode if you do not renew. So you at least need to upgrade to Deluxe or higher.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
