Cloud Sync Issues

When I run the cloud sync process, two issues occur - 1) the process completes but the rotating "in process" image never stops. I've found that I must use the Windows task manager to close Quicken in order to stop it. 2) In addition, when I enter data on the Quicken app on my iPhone, the data no longer syncs with Quicken on my laptop. Was useful to track expenses when traveling instead of bringing a pile of receipts home to enter on the laptop
