Duplicate Downloads with Chase [Edited]

I just did a download and all of a sudden there are multitudes of duplications and transactions going back over 2 years. It's a total mess. I decided to recover from a backup (thank goodness one from today).

Anyone experience this?

I had the same experience with the duplicate transactions. I spent several days correcting the problem and it reoccurred. I am not happy with Quicken.
