Discover bank download not working. No error message just nothing downloads.

I have reset and also checked to make sure Discover Bank is selected for banks accounts and discover card for credit card account.

Running windows 11, quicken deluxe current subscription download

    Having same problem. Even after resetting Discover Bank account, the download runs for a very long time, the online balance gets updated correctly, but recently posted transaction do not download.

    Was having same problem - found another thread - member @ctslaton suggested, "The fix was not just in deactivating/reactivating or resetting. You have to deactivate and remove Discover bank from the general tab in the credit card account. This lets you select Discover card services instead of Discover bank and then everything looks like it works fine."

    Worked for me as well!

    I have it set that way. Still having the issue

    I have a credit card and two bank accounts

    The bank account is set to discover bank

    And credit card to card services

    I have windows 11, Quicken deluxe subscription

    I also have Discover Checking and Savings accounts and transactions haven't downloaded for the last month. The one-step update completes without errors but there aren't any new transactions. The update summary shows the correct balance for the accounts (therefore the one-step update did connect to the server and download something as that value matches the real account balance) but the transaction log (and account balances within quicken) are wrong because they're missing transactions over the last month. Weirdly enough the exact same issue is occurring for my Ally Checking and Savings accounts (both Ally and Discover are using the Quicken Web Connect connection method.)

    Quicken is expensive this is very frustrating

    As of May 28, Discover Bank transaction download is working normally for all my Discover banking and credit card accounts, which are all linked to the one financial institution Discover Bank.

    Today and for the past few days, transaction download from my Discover Bank accounts has very unreliable. The downloads rarely include both the correct online balance and the recently posted transactions. Resetting an account usually works, but it always requires at least two tries.
