Bank of America On Step Update creating dups

This release R56.9 Build 57.1.56 is a very problematic release. My entries on my Bank of America accounts keep getting duplicated. I have added the column "Download ID" so I can see the data (ID) that Quicken has matched, but at times it will not match an entry that I already have, so it duplicates it. I can see that "Download ID" for the duplicated entry, and a blank "Download ID" for the original entry that I made.

I keep have to export data and find were the dups are. I just started with the release mentioned above.
