Already setup eBill for our Citi Costco and need to setup for Citi +Rewards. Click new eBill select Citi (also tried Citi Cards) screen 'Connect to Citi Cards' then shows in left panel select a saved login with one entry on a radio dial called 'Citi Cards' on the right panel it shows Costco that is with the saved login.

The logins between the two accounts are different but I cannot get Quicken to stop remembering the Costco saved login so I can do a new instance with the difference login.

Putting into Quicken's ChatGPT the same question I get this answer which is promising but on quicken Mac I don't see a section in preferences for connected accounts/saved logins…

Answer I'm here to help you with Quicken-related queries. To address the issue of Quicken remembering the saved login for the Costco account, you can try the following steps:

    1. Go to the Quicken settings or preferences.
    2. Look for the section related to saved logins or connected accounts.
    3. Find the entry for the Costco account and remove or delete it.
    4. Once the Costco login is removed, you should be able to set up eBill for the Citi +Rewards account with a different login.

If you continue to experience issues with Quicken remembering the Costco login, you may need to contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
