Run time components

I am getting the message "Unable to initialize Quicken run time components"
I have reset my computer twice. Any suggestions?

Quicken must be missing some files, or they've become corrupted. I'd first try reinstalling Quicken. https://www.quicken.com/support/reinstalling-and-patching-your-quicken-subscription-version-after-your-membership-has/
