I do not pay my bills through Quicken. Quicken is charging me $9.95 a month for this service. Will you please cancel this. Melody Bingham. [personal email address removed for your protection] I have Quicken Deluxe.

You're going to need to call or chat with Customer Support for that. Click on the Support menu at the top of the page, select Quicken Classic, and scroll down to see the chat & phone options.
