Quicken too busy to update accounts

Lately, When I attempt to update my accounts I get a message that tells me that Quicken is busy and to try again in 10 minutes. I have found that by validating my account I can override this obstacle.
I have installed the latest update to Quicken Deluxe and this has occurred regularly since that install. Am I the only one with this problem?

Please see this recent post. It sounds like the same issue and includes info on how to fix the issue.
Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
