Is R57.16 manual patch different than the update download within Quicken?

I applied the manual update to Quicken today (to version R57.16), rebooted my PC and opened Quicken. When I checked if there is a newer update, I get this message:

But when I check if the R57.16 manual update was successful, I see this

I've never seen this before, that a manually applied patch (ie, what used to be called a "mondo" patch) wasn't the same as the auto-update patch.

Is something different in the download from inside Quicken and the manual patch? The release notes sure don't show any difference between the two.

Yes, the manual patch does not update version tag in the software. Just let it update again and you won't see the prompt again. It's a bug.

Thanks. markus1957, that did the trick.

When I went back to "Check for Updates" in the Help pulldown menus, I now notice there's a space after the 57.16 release number. That's my guess as to the discrepancy between the stand-along update and the update from within Quicken.
