CreditOne Add Account error

Attempting to add my CreditOne accounts (2 cards in one account) to Quicken subscription windows (Quicken Classic Premier).

Each time, I am providing the proper username, password, and 2FA code sent to my phone.

Each time, the process errors out: Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)

I have added nearly a dozen accounts today with varying levels of success - so it's not my inputs or lack of experience causing the issue.
