Quicken won't stop sending me alerts

Paid support hasn't worked; maybe the community has some ideas. I was a Mint user; tried Quicken; decided it wasn't for me. So I cancelled renewal, deleted all my accounts both from the Mobile and Desktop, uninstalled, and moved on.

I'm still getting alerts. 'You have a bill due soon! Avoid late fees…'. I called once, explained what was happening, and they said 'it's fixed now'. It wasn't. I called again, and was told that I needed to re-install the desktop, sign in, go to edit/preferences/alerts and message and uncheck all four options. I did. Still getting alerts.

I've got no accounts entered. I can block the emails, but my real concern is - where is this information coming from? Is my data still being kept somewhere, even though I've cancelled and deleted everything?
