Citi Bank account can not access from Quicken, with Record Don't Match error during Login

I have this issue for more than three month. When I try to connect my Citi Bank account in the Quicken, the authentication leads to a webpage. After I enter the login account and password, this screen shows up, and the Quicken failed to connect with my Citi account. I can login to my Citi account using regular webpage.
